2017 CGIN Service Project

The CGIN group comes together for a Service Project every two years which is usually some sort of hardscape design with an installation of around 500 square feet.  The purpose of the Service Project is three-fold - to give back to the community where we work, to promote public awareness of CGIN, and to provide a hands-on learning experience for our members and their employees. For the year 2017 the Coltrane-Webb Elementary School was selected and received a walkway and patio area surrounded by a seat wall for gathering and outdoor learning. 

Coltrane-Webb Elementary is a member of Cabarrus County Schools and located at 61 Spring Street NW in Concord, NC. The project  greatly enhances the morale and well-being of students as they spend time there learning or just relaxing with friends.
